<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an interlayer releasing strength, moistureproofness, transparency, flexibility, hand tearableness or the like, by laminating a layer of an ethylene-cyclic olefin random copolymer represented by a specific formula and a layer made of specific low crystalline or amorphous soft copolymer and a polyolefin composition. SOLUTION: A polyolefin multilayer laminate obtained by laminating a first layer of an ethyene-cyclic olefin random copolymer represented by the formula and a second layer of a composition containing 20 to 100 pts.wt. of low crystalline or non-crystalline soft copolymer having a crystallinity of 40% or below and a glass transition temperature of 0 deg.C or below and 0 to 80 pts.wt. of a polyolefin is formed, and treated at 50 deg.C or above (wherein n is 0 or 1, m is 0 or positive integer, q is 0 or 1, R1 to R18 and Ra, Rb are each H, a halogen or a hydrocarbon group, R15 to R18 may each form a ring of a double bond, R15 and R16 or R17 and R18 may each form an alkylidene group, and in the case of q of 0, a 5-member ring is formed).</p> |
