PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing autoclaved lightweight concrete which has an improved foamed state, prevents the generation of coarse bubbles and spaces, has small pore diameters, and has an excellent appearance by homogeneously dispersing aluminum powder in a raw material slurry. SOLUTION: This method for producing autoclaved lightweight concrete comprises foaming a raw material slurry containing a siliceous raw material, a calcareous raw material and gypsum with aluminum powder as a foaming agent and then curing the foamed product with steam at a high temperature and at a high pressure. Therein, aluminum powder dispersed in water with ultrasonic waves until changes in the distribution of particle sizes are scarcely recognized is dispersed in the raw material slurry. |
