PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint for a female screw capable of securing a sealing property between the port peripheries of a fluid device without irrational deformation of a seal ring even if an arm member is moved forward and backward for the half of the thread ridge when the thread ridge of a female screw part of the inner periphery of a female screw port and the thread ridge of a male screw part as an engagement part formed on the tip of the arm member interfere with each other. SOLUTION: A seal holder 9 capable of moving forward and backward is disposed between the inner peripheral surface of a cylinder and the outer periphery of an arm member at the front end of the cylinder 1, and a seal holder is energized forward by a spring 16 provided in a space up to a spring seat 11 fitted to the periphery of the arm member. The spring seat 11 abuts on a pressing member 17 provided on a sliding rod moved in plural arms to expand and displace the arm member to be advanced, thereby heightening the energizing force of the spring 16. |
