PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for forming a hand-rolled Sushi (rolled vinegard rice with ingredients thereon) capable of reducing cooked rice grains on the bottom of white rice roll attached to a placing face of Sushi dish, or the like, after forming of white rice roll and keeping the white rice roll on the placing face in a stable state. SOLUTION: Since at least one recessed part is formed on the bottom of a white rice roll 8, cooked rice grains on the bottom of the white rice roll 8 attaching to a placing face are reduced and adhesivity to the placing face is lowered. Consequently the white rice roll 8 can be readily taken out. |
