PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a veil holding fixture which fixes a veil for a vinyl house (a cover, i.e., a vinyl sheet and so forth) and can prevent to be removed if the veil is put on an taken off with high frequency and also prevent to generate looseness at a deforming part, furthermore can use to fix the veil at a wounded part for a pipe frame. SOLUTION: A veil holding fixture with necessary length has a thin deforming part 2 composed of a long groove 3 that opens an upper face and penetrates back and forth at an upper central part of an engaging groove 15 of a holding body 1 whose shape of a longitudinal section is horse-shoe shape. A taper-shaped guiding groove 4 which tapers off from both ends of the long groove 3 to other ends is formed and a pressure die 7 which is moored at both ends of an elastic body 8 is engaged with the both guiding grooves 4 toward an axial core direction so as to be put on an taken off freely respectively. An elastic tool for prevention of through is provided with straddling at the long groove 3 and necessary numbers of kerfs 12 with necessary width and necessary depth are provided with penetrating with crossing at right angles from the upper and lower parts to an axial core at a central part of a longitudinal direction.
