PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house building capable of aggressively giving enjoyable gardening and semi-outdoor circumstances in harmony with a garden while staying in a room. SOLUTION: In a house building 1 which is formed with a narrow width W and a long depth D so as to be erected in a site 2 having a narrow frontage 21, an earth-floor 11b is provided adjacent a living room 11a on a first floor 11, the earth-floor 11b facing a garden 22 provided at the frontage 21 in the site 2.
