摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain and construct a structure in a more accurate preset height position by releasing axial compressive force stepwise according to progress of a construction process after preapplying the axial compressive force corresponding to the whole deadweight to a column. SOLUTION: Two parallel steel pipes 2 for installing saddle steel materials 3 are arranged in parallel in two rows by being joined by a horizontal girth and flanges 4. Tensile force transmitting beams 7 are arranged above and below an intermediate position to join two PC steel bars 6 installed on the upper/lower ends of the steel pipes 2, a hollow hydraulic jack 8 is connected to the upper side transmitting beam 7, a tension rod 9 is connected to the tip of a ram 11 and the lower side transmitting beam 7, and axial compressive force is uniformly introduced to the steel pipe 2 via the PC steel bars 6 by extending the ram 11 by the jack 8. Tensional force corresponding to the whole deadweight acting on a column 1 is applied to the jack 8, supposed contraction strain deformation is preapplied to the column 1, and a change in contraction strain is restrained by successively releasing the axial compressive force stepwise according to progress of a process, so that a height of the column 1 is kept constant, and an accurate height position can be set.
