PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lightweight concrete which uses waste foamed glass, utilizes the characteristics of the waste foamed glass, can reduce the weights of secondary concrete products, and can enhance the strengths of the secondary concrete products. SOLUTION: (1) This lightweight concrete comprises a cement, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates and water. Therein, the coarse aggregates comprise waste foamed glass having a specific gravity of 0.6-1.5 at a volume replacement rate of 40-100%. (2) The lightweight concrete comprises a cement, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates and water. Therein, the fine aggregates and the coarse aggregates comprise waste foamed glass having a specific gravity of 0.6-1.5, and the (water/cement) weight rate of the water to the cement is 40-60%.
