摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly evaluate recovering amount of nucleic acid in short time and good reproducibility at low cost without passing through amplification reaction by using a nucleic acid solution containing a nucleic acid per test in a prescribed range. SOLUTION: When nucleic acid is extracted and isolated from a sample such as blood, tissue, urine, sputum or gastric juice in which it is thought to contain a nucleic acid which is DNA and/or RNA, the recovered nucleic acid is directly evaluated by using a nucleic acid solution containing nucleic acid per test within the range of 106 molecules to 1014 molecules. Furthermore, it is preferable that extraction and isolation of nucleic acid is carried out by using a nucleic acid solution in which molecular numbers of nucleic acid are previously increased by nucleic acid proliferation reaction and evaluation of recovering amount of nucleic acid is carried out by using a solution for nucleic acid extraction containing one or more kinds of chaotropic substances selected from a group comprising a guanidine salt, potassium iodide, sodium iodide, (iso)thiocyanate and urea.
