<p>Disclosed is an agent for removing hydrocarbon residues and their mixtures from the pipes, tanks, reservoirs, technological plants and the components thereof, which agent can be characterised in that it contains dispersed active carbon with particle agglomerates size ranging from 10 nm to 2 mm, surface area having iodine adsorption value of 500 - 1,500 mg of iodine/1 g of the active carbon and/or dibutylphthalate adsorption value ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 ml of dibutylphthalate/1 g of said active carbon. The active carbon particles are hydrophilised to a hydrophilisation degree that is characterised in particle sedimentation rate between 0.1 and 5 mm/s in water, and of particles having a size between 0.5 and 0.8 mm.</p> |
