PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing carbonized materials from a combustible waste, capable of surely separating and removing foreign matters which are stuck to the combustible waste or entangled. SOLUTION: A combustible waste 2 carbonized by a rotary kiln 3 is fed to a liquid cyclone 23, carbonized materials having a high specific gravity by fixation of foreign matters or entanglement are dropped in the liquid cyclone 23, and the dropped carbonized materials are sent from the bottom of the liquid cyclone 23 to an external circulation route 24. These carbonized materials are finely ground and separated from foreign matters by a grinding pump 25 installed in the middle of the circulation route 24, returned to the liquid cyclone 23 again, and the separated foreign matters and the carbonized materials are separately recovered. Consequently, foreign matters such as wire and stopper of plastic container firmly connected to the combustible waste 2 are surely separated to give the objective high-purity carbonized materials. |
