PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a sharp printing always, with a definite density on a printing surface by preventing surely fluctuation of ink from being generated by taking a measure against ghost. SOLUTION: In an ink apparatus 20 provided with a doctor roller 28 provided on the more downstream side than the ink transferring position of an ink forme roller 21 on which the printing ink 18 taken out by means of an ink fountain roller 24 is transferred and uniformizing the printing ink 18 transferred on the ink forme roller 21 while it is scraped, the doctor roller apparatus 28 has a doctor roller 30 which can be brought into circumacribed contact with the ink forme roller 21, and a heat pipe 38 is embedded along the axial direction of at least a doctor roller 30 among these doctor roller 30, ink fountain roller 24 and ink forme roller 21. |
