<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture a delivery passage and a suction passage of an axial direction formed in a pintle of a radial plunger pump in a low lost. SOLUTION: A rotor 8 is rotatably fitted to a pintle which is fixed to a pump housing and in which a delivery passage and a suction passage of an axial direction are formed, and a ball bearing which is eccentrically from a center of rotation of a rotor 8 is disposed on an outer periphery. A plunger 10 is fitted into a cylinder hole of the rotor 8 freely to advance and retreat to form pump chambers 14, and the pump chambers 14 are alternately connected to the suction passage and the delivery passage. An axial direction hole 40 having a large diameter is formed on a shaft core part of the pintle 4, and a cylindrical passage constituting member 42 wherein a suction passage groove 42c extending in an axial direction and a delivery passage groove 42a are symmetrically formed on an outer surface is pressed in positioning a circumferential direction. A pin hole 4j is formed on a tip end of the pintle 4, a pin 44 is inserted to prevent slip-off, a snap ring 46 is fitted to its circumference to prevent slipping-off of the pin 44, and movement of the rotor 8 is restricted.</p> |
