<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently adsorb a component to be adsorbed without generating a problem of offensive smell or corrosion in a member for adsorbing treatment (a filter member provided to a vehicle air conditioner) for adsorbing a component to be adsorbed (especially, a carbonyl group-containing compd.) in gas to be treated even if an environmental change of temp. or the concn. of a component to be adsorbed is generated. SOLUTION: A member for adsorbing treatment contains a physical adsorbent 13 such as activated carbon or the like, an adsorbable substance comprising at least one kind of a compd. (resorcin or the like) selected from the group consisting of monohydric phenol, polyhydric phenol and derivatives of them reacting with the component to be adsorbed discharged from the physical adsorbent 13 in the presence of moisture to adsorb the component to be adsorbed and a water absorbable substance such as zeolite or the like supplying moisture to the adsorbable substance at a time of reaction and is provided with a chemical adsorbent 14 arranged in the vicinity of the physical adsorbent 13.</p> |
