<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing ink from printed wastepaper, enabling ink to sufficiently coming off and be removed from printed wastepaper. SOLUTION: Since printed wastepaper is mixed with water in a defiberizing process 10 to be converted into pulp-like matter, is dewatered in a dewatering process 11 so as for wastepaper pulp to be mechanically sheared and so as for ink particles to be subdivided and then is subjected to ozone treatment 12, ink or an ink binder applied to printed wastepaper is oxidized to be decomposed and ink toner is separated/removed. Consequently, a method for removing ink from printed wastepaper in which ink sufficiently comes off and is removed can be realized.</p> |
