PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a slide-out device making it possible to draw the hinged side of a sliding screen. SOLUTION: This slide-out device is equipped with a window frame fitting member 50, a first arm 60, a sliding screen fitting member 63, a second arm 66 and a slider 71 and so constituted that a swing can be made to a sliding screen closure position where these components lie on each other and to a sliding screen opening position where the first arm 60 and the sliding screen fitting member 63 project to the outdoor side. In this device, a guide 69 having a cam piece 75 for drawing is fitted to the second arm 66, while a piece 81 for drawing near is fitted to the window frame fitting member 50. Thereby the second arm 66 is made a unit for drawing near which swings further toward the indoor side from the sliding screen closure position, so that the side of the sliding screen fitting member 63 on the hinged side of the sliding screen can be moved and drawn to the indoor side to draw the hinged side of the screen.
