PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a lifting working area by setting a tower crane in the inside of a building. SOLUTION: A bottom base 12 is erected to be set on the foundation story 6 of a building 1, and a climbing base 22 is erected to be set on an upper story 7 thereof. Next, after a next story 8 is constructed, the climbing base 22 is moved to the next story 8, a climbing mast 30 is lowered down to the climbing base 22 to be fixed, thereafter, a mast 10 is lifted in the climbing mast 30 to separate one piece 10a of an upper part 1, after a bottom base 12 is separated from the lower part of the mast 10, the mast 10 is hung up, the bottom base 12 is moved to the upper story 7, after the mast 10 and the bottom base 12 are fixed, the climbing mast 30 is lifted to be fixed on the mast 10, after one piece 10a of the mast is newly mounted on the upper part of the mast 10, furthermore, after the climbing mast 30 is lifted, it is fixed on the mast 10, and repeating is performed by constructing the next story.
