PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attachment and detachment of a door trim providing a plurality of projections to be engaged on the inner surface of the door trim, providing engagement means detachably engaging with the projections to be engaged of the door trim, and performing the engagement with and disengagement from a plurality of engagement means at once by an extending operation means. SOLUTION: In mounting of a door trim 12 on a door panel 11, the operation ring 26c of an extending operation means 26 is pulled to extend each connecting wire 24a against a spring 24b, whereby engagement rings 23... as door panel-side engagement means are moved within brackets 22. The door trim 12 is assembled to the door panel 11 so as to insert engagement pins 21... protrusively provided on the door trim 12 to the insert holes of the door panel 11 in the state where each engagement ring 23 is matched to the insert hole of the door inner panel 11. Thereafter, the extending operation of the operation ring 26c is released, and the engagement rings 23 are biased by the action of the spring 24b, whereby the door trim 12 is held in the assembled state through the engagement pins 21....
