PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate excellent gas barrier properties or the like by incorporating one or above resin layers each containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, a polyamide resin, an olefin-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer and a thermoplastic resin having a soluble parameter of a specific value except the previous resin and polymers at a blending weight ratio represented by the specific formula. SOLUTION: The product comprises one or above resin composition layers each containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) obtained by saponifying a copolymer made of an ethylene and a vinyl ester by using an alkali catalyst or the like, a polyamide resin (B), an olefin-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer (C) and a thermoplastic resin (D) having a soluble parameter of 12 or below at a blending weight ratio satisfying the formula (wherein W(A), W(B), W(B+C), W(D), and W(T) are respective weights and total weight of A, B, B+C and D in the compositions). The resin composition contains one or more types of metal salt of the like of a higher aliphatic carboxylic acid. Thus, gas barrier properties, thermoformability, mechanical characteristics and transparency become excellent.
