PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liq. material feeding apparatus provided with a means for preventing effectively a liq. material (e.g. an ink) carried on a coating liq. carrying face of a roller, etc. from being dried. SOLUTION: A liq. material feeding apparatus wherein an ink 6 on the outer periphery of a roller 10 is made into a uniform thickness by means of a control blade 16 with rotating the roller 10 and the thin layer ink is fed onto another roller 22 arranged on the down stream side of the control blade 16 in relation to the rotating direction 13 of the roller 10 has an ink feeding mode for feeding the ink from the roller 10 to another roller 22 and an ink removing mode for removing substantially the ink 6 from the outer peripheral face of the roller 10. The rotating speed of the roller 6 in the ink removing mode is set slower than the rotating speed of the roller 6 in the ink feeding mode. In addition, during the ink feeding mode, an ink removing member 28 is positioned at the first position 28a separated from the roller 10 and during the ink removing mode, the ink removing member 28 is positioned at the second position 28b being brought into contact with the roller 6. |
