PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor of a nursing care taker when moving a person to be nursed, and provide a sense of security and comfortableness for the person to be nursed. SOLUTION: An arm part 47 is constituted by compositely connecting a deformable parallelogrammic first parallel link mechanical 61, a second parallel link mechanism 62 and a third parallel link mechanism 63. The arm part 47 is arranged so as to be turnable around a column 45. A bed 33 for placing a person to be nursed is horizontally rotatably installed in an attachment installing part 74 on the tip of the arm part 47, and a horizontal state of the bed 33 can be kept regardless of a movement of the arm part 47. An air cylinder part 48 for keeping a load balance according to a load of the arm part 47 is arranged on the base end of the arm part 47. An assisting device 30 is provided with a clamp mechanism for fixing turning of the arm part 47 around the column 45, horizontal rotation of the bed 33 and deformation of the respective parallel link mechanisms 61, 62, 63. |
