The next room 7 is formed with a Japanese-style room section 71 adjacent one Japanese-style room 4 and a wide edge section 72 located opposite the Japanese-style room 4 across the Japanese-style room section 71. A sub-kitchen 8 separate from the dining kitchen 14 is set up in the wide edge section 72. When visitors come, tea and meals cooked in the sub-kitchen 8 are carried from the Japanese-style room section 71 to the Japanese-style rooms 4, 5 to give hospitality to them.
