PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join together upper and lower steps of wide-flange shape steel used for core pile material of each soil cement column of an underground continuous wall buried in the soft ground, and easily separate the buried wide-flange shape steel of the uppermost step from the wide-flange shape steel thereunder. SOLUTION: In the joint condition of upper/lower steps of wide-flange shape steel H, H by oppositely joining together the upper and lower ends 1', 1" of the upper and lower steps, contacting joint plates 5, 5 with extending over the upper/lower both outsides of natural ground side and drilled part side flanges 4, 4 of the upper/ lower steps, and threadedly fitting the upper/lower step flanges 4, 4 to the joint plates 5 through bolts/nuts 6 to joint the upper/lower steps wide-flange shape steel H, H together, it is propelled into the ground as the core pile material 1 of a standing column row continuos wall 8 such as soil cement formed underground. From nuts 7 fixing the upper step or/and the lower step flanges 4, 4 and the joint plate 5 to the natural ground 2 side flanges 4, the extreme end external screw part 6" of the bolt 6 having the head part 6' on the drilled part 3 side is screwed out, the bolts 6 are drawn out through the drilled part side flange 4 to separate joint of the upper/ lower steps of the wide-flange shape steel H, H, and under the condition the upper step wide-flange shape steel H is pulled up on the ground surface.
