<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply electrification to every plastic fragment according to the electrification order by its kind even in a small electrifying vessel to surely recover plastic fragments. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a triboelectrifying vessel 11 having a first disc like triboelectrifying plate 12 and second triboelectrifying plate 13 overlapped each other. In the first triboelectrifying plate 12, plural first recessed parts 14 and first projected parts 15 are formed, and in the second triboelectrifying plate 13, second projected parts 16 put in the first recessed parts 14 of the first triboelectrifying plate 12 and second recessed parts 17 in which the first projected parts 15 are formed, and a rotary driving part 20 for rotating the second triboelectrifying plate 13, thereby sufficiently agitating plastic fragments 1 without upsizing a frictional vessel.</p> |
