PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by simplifying its structure and install firmly and easily by fixing the side plate of cabinet to the inner wall material of room through a fixing device to do away with a back plate. SOLUTION: A cabinet main body is placed from floor face across ceiling face in a lavatory by fixing a side plate of cabinet 5 through multiple fixing devices 40 to the inner wall material 12 of lavatory. Then, the cabinet main body is firmly mounted with stability in spite of the structure without the back plate. The fixing device 40 is composed of a dowel fitting 41, which is used as a projecting member for mounting to the inner wall material 12, and an engagement member 42, which is for mounting to the side of side plate of cabinet 5. The dowel fitting 41 has the structure that a head part 43 and a screw part 44 are connected integrally through a necking part 45. The dowel fitting 41 is screwed into a mounting fitting 46 that is fixed to the inner wall material 12 between wall covering materials 15.
