PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an artificial fishing bank which can collectively target fishes ranging from surface fishes to bottom fishes and whose height can easily be changed by mooring a specific cage-like columnar portion to an anchor portion. SOLUTION: This artificial fishing bank is obtained by mooring a cage-like columnar portion 1 to an anchor portion 3. The cage-like columnar portion 1 is obtained by disposing a float 2 in the upper portion and attaching plural mooring ropes 5 to plural supports 4 toward the circumferences of the supports 4 to connect the supports 4. Therein, the cage-like columnar portion 1 is preferably surrounded with a net 8. A cage-like columnar portion which has a float in the upper portion and is surrounded with a net in a state that supports are attached to a row of mooring rope to be bound to each other may be moored to an anchor portion. Further, a part or all of the plural supports may be used as a float or floats.
