PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject machine designed to enable the actual feed of a fertilizer and/or seeds to be altered during relevant operation from a predetermined feed thereof. SOLUTION: This machine is such one that a traveling vehicle 1 is mounted with a fertilizer applicator 6 and/or a seeding device, being such one as to be equipped with a 1st feed regulation mechanism 14 for setting the feed of a fertilizer and/or seeds and a 2nd feed regulation mechanism 15 enabling such feed to be increased or decreased from the feed set in advance by the 1st mechanism 14; thereby the actual feed can be increase or decreased during operation at a specified proportion based on the feed set in advance, therefore enabling an operation to be carried out while confirming the above-mentioned proportion.
