PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molded part high in sintered density and excellent in mechanical strengths by executing debindering under specified pressure at a specified temp. rising rate and executing sintering under specified pressure at a specified temp. for a specified time. SOLUTION: A green body obtd. by subjecting a compsn. obtd. by kneading titanium metal powder and a binder to injection molding is debindered and is next sintered to produce a molded part. In the debindering, its temp. is raised at a rate of <=15 deg.C/min from 100 to 400 deg.C in a vacuum higher than 1×10-1 Torr or in an inert gas atmosphere of 0.1 to 760 Torr. Then, the sintering is executed in a vacuum higher than 1×10-2 Torr or in an inert gas atmosphere of 0.01 to 760 Torr in a region in which the sintering temp. and time are surrounded by the following 7 points: in the case the coordinates of each point are denoted by (time, deg.C), respectively, (0, 1,500), (0.5, 1,200), (4, 100), (200, 1,000), (100, 1,100), (50, 1,200) and (25, 1,300) are controlled.
