PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning sheet material which is recycled easily, can be produced at low costs, is sufficiently resistant to permanent distortion, and can be fitted firmly with a hook-and-loop fastener when the sheet material is to be formed by using a fiber nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: In a cushioning sheet material having at least two layers in which a skin sheet material 1 and a nonwoven fabric 2 of its back are laminated, the nonwoven fabric 2 contains at least 20 wt.% of low friction fibers based on the total fibers having 0.1-0.2 in static interfiber friction coefficientμs, and the skin sheet material 1 and the nonwoven fabric 2 are laminated by the heat- melting of heat-adhesive fibers, a heat-adhesive resin, or a heat-adhesive nonwoven fabric placed between them. The heat adhesive fiber, heat adhesive resin, or heat adhesive nonwoven fabric are provisionally fixed also on the opposite surface to the surface facing the back of the skin sheet material of the nonwoven fabric.
