PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delicately adjust daylighting and easily perform cleaning by attaching both the ends of a cloth alternatively combining a raw material shading light and a raw material transmitting light to a rod and a pedestal, and winding it on the rod. SOLUTION: A support 2 is attached to both the ends of a pedestal 1 attached to the upper part of a window. A rod 3 is rotatably attached to the support 2. Light is shaded to attach both the ends of a cloth 4 drilling a hole at the interval of a few centimeters to the rod 3 and the pedestal 1. The ring of a rope 5 is applied on the rod 3 to rotate the rod 3 so as to wind the cloth 4. A weight 6 is hung on the lower end on the cloth 4 to be stabilized. The weight 6 freely moves, and when the cloth 4 is wound, the weight 6 is hung under the lower end of the cloth. The two clothes overlapped by the weight 6 transmits light, does not completely transmit and are wound, light streaming from a window can be delicately adjusted. The clothes are removed to be cleaned easily.
