PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be used as a stable opening/closing/holding means despite of a single body by journaling and fixing a shaft between both sideboards of a fitting member and providing a first friction means and a second friction means in a superimposed part of the both sideboards of the fitting member and a support member. SOLUTION: A first friction means is provided in the head side of a shaft 3. This tilt hinge is constituted of a first friction washer interposed in a part where a sideboard 1b of a fitting member 1 and a sideboard 5b of a support member are superimposed while inserting a shaft 3 in an insertion hole provided in a central part 5, a second friction washer which is completed in the central part and abuts against the outside of the sideboard 1b of the fitting member 1 while inserting the shaft in the insertion hole, and an E ring fitting the circumferential groove of the shaft 3 for storing the second friction washer in the shaft. This constitution can stably support a body to be tilted, lightly and smoothly move it, and stably stop and hold it in a moved position.
