PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored thermoplastic resin molding material capable of imparting a colored resin molded article not causing uneven coloring, a colored speck, discoloration, in-process burn mark at a low cost without impairing physical properties, to provide a production method therefor and to provide a colored resin molded article. SOLUTION: This colored thermoplastic resin molding material has a powdery colorant fixed on the surface of a thermoplastic resin through a polyolefin-based resin in a form of aqueous dispersion. The colored thermoplastic resin molding material is produced by making a mixture of a fixing agent comprising an aqueous dispersion of a polyolefin-based resin with a powdery colorant adhere to the surface of a thermoplastic resin, followed by the air-drying or heat treatment to fix the powdery colorant. This colored resin molded article is produced by molding the colored thermoplastic resin molding material alone or a kneaded product of the colored thermoplastic resin molding material with an uncolored thermoplastic resin molding material.
