PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for a disinfection sterilizer having an outstanding performance to maintain a sterile state by using two kinds of nonwoven fabric as a raw material and fabricating the peripheral part of the filter including a core material by welding process into a product. SOLUTION: A filter for external fitting cut to the adaptable size of disinfecting equipment is fitted to both faces of a core material cut to the slightly smaller size than the filter, and the four sides of the peripheral part are heat-sealed and thus are press-welded. This filter is fitted to the filter mounting part of the body of the disinfecting equipment with the help of a filter fixing plate, and is tightly fitted to a vapor vent by the elasticity of the filter core material. Further two kinds of raw nonwoven fabric having respectively different properties for both outer fitting and inner wrapping are used as raw materials with sterile state retaining properties for a sterilized disinfector and vapor permeability in an autoclave. Thus it is possible to improve the sterile state retaining performance of the filter and the degree of tight fitting between the filter and a filter fitting part in the body of the disinfecting equipment and overcome various conditions relative to the retention of a sterile state.
