PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, rapidly and finely froth a cleansing agent by folding a cylindrical net material from one end while inverting it inside out, providing an opening part in a folding end part and forming a multiplex net bag with the closed other end part. SOLUTION: The cylindrical net material 1 is folded in two from a lower end while inverting it inside out, it is repeated twice, the opening part 3 is formed in the folded end part 2 and a binding string 5 is sewed in the other end part 4. Then a ring shape hanging string 6 where a piece 7 is put through from the inner side of the end part 4 with a knot part 6' outside is put through and, then, the binding string 5 is tightly tied-up to clog the end part 4 opposing to the opening part 3. Moreover, the material is inverted to the side of the opening part 3 by permitting the end part 4 bound by the string 6 to be inside so that the multiplex net bag 8 is obtained, which is provided with the hanging string 6 with the piece 7 in the upper end, formed to have four layers in circumference and is provided with the opening part 3 in the lower end. A cake of soap is put into the multiplex net bag 8 from the opening part 3 and rubbed while properly pouring water.
