PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance measuring method capable of suppressing the blur of an image or spectrum and performing a highly precise selective observation. SOLUTION: A decoupling pulse 3 is switched at TE or a partial time up to TE, and the difference between two sets of measured signals is calculated. In each case, a decoupling pulse 4 is applied during data gaining time. By applying the decoupling pulse 4 during the data gaining time, the signal attenuation by heteronuclear spin moderation in the data gaining time can be suppressed to reduce the blur of an image or spectrum. Since the blur in the application of the decoupling pulse 3 is coincided with that in no application, the error in the calculation of the difference can be reduced.
