PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag wherein a tool such as scissors need not be prepared to open a part of the bag and a part of the bag can be easily opened due to an increase in internal pressure by cooking when it is cooked in a microwave oven. SOLUTION: The packaging bag for receiving food or an edible liquid-like substance in a sealed state inside using a synthetic resin film comprises a layer 2 constituting an internal face side made of a resin with a lower melting point than that of a layer 3 constituting an external face side. A degassing part 6 is formed on a part of the packaging bag, wherein the degassing part 6 is formed by forming a cut 9 on a material of the bag, heating the material of the bag in a range including the cut 9 at a temperature at which the layer 2 constituting the internal face side at least from the internal face side melts but the layer 3 constituting the external face side does not melt, and closing by melting to a degree that only the cut 9 of the layer 2 constituting the internal face side may open due to an increase in internal pressure of the bag when cooked in a microwave oven. A plurality of degassing parts 6 are provided side by side.
