<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas self-circulation type low NOx burner capable of reducing an NOx and stably burning. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas self-circulation type low NOx burner comprises a fuel supply tube 11, a wind box 12, an inward partition wall 13, a flame cone 14, an outward partition wall 15 and an air introducing nozzle 16. The cone 14 has a shape for interposing a cylindrical tapered part 45 between a small-diameter cylindrical portion 43 and a large-diameter cylindrical portion 44, a space extended forward of a jet port 23 from a first annular space 41, an annular protrusion 46 protruding from an inner periphery of the portion 44 at a forward position of the port 23, and an exhaust gas suction hole 47 at a rear position from the protrusion 46. Thus, combustion air is generated by burning in the cone 14 by an air introducing nozzle 16 from an air chamber 52 to the space 41 through a mixed gas introducing hole 42 toward a position separated from its center, and fed accompanied with the exhaust gas circulated to the space 51 to form a circulating flow of the mixed gas around the tube 11.</p> |
