<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the reduction of an execution cost by projecting a semi- cylindrical pipe laying part having an excavator on the front on the outside of the outer shell of a shield machine in parallel with a shielding direction. SOLUTION: A semi-cylindrical pipe laying part 2 is projected on the outside of the outer shell of a shield machine 1 in parallel with a shielding direction, an auger 21 or the like is provided on the front of the laying part 2, and excavation soil and sand is taken in the shield machine 1 to be discharged to the outside. Next, the rear face of the laying part 2 is opened, a laying pipe B housed in the inside is left to enable the advancement of the shield machine 1, and the insertion opening 22 of a short pipe 23 is opened toward the laying part 2 on the outer shell of the shield machine 1. During execution, the pipe 23 is fallen in the laying part 2 from the insertion opening 22 of the shield machine 1 advanced up to a prescribed distance to be connected to the end of the pipe B, and a segment 11 is assembled by an erector 13. Thereby the pipe is not positioned in the inside space of a body tunnel, since the whole space can be effectively utilized, a tunnel cross section can be lessened, the body tunnel is constructed and at the same time, the pipe can be laid.</p> |
