<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent personal identification information from being altered by another person by readably recording optically a code image of the personal identification information on the surface of a base material. SOLUTION: Information recorded matter 1 such as a passport, and an ID card has a resin-made or paper flat base material 2, and the surface of the base material 2 includes personal identification information characters, a face photographic image and so on recorded thereon by color ink. Also, the code image 4 of a personal identification information 3 is readably recorded optically on the surface of the base material 2, and a place being different from a recording place of the personal identification information. The code image 4 comprises a dot code 5 being a kind of records indicating information by a collective group of dots, and the code image 4 is formed such that the same information as the personal identification information 3 can not be reproduced if it is not readout by means of a reading device corresponding to the form of the code data.</p> |
