<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for reduction treatment of oil capable of prolonging the life of the oil by retarding the oxidation of an oil such as frying oil, or the like, and enabling the used oil to be recycled by reduction. SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises the use of a ceramic plate 1 which has oxidation inhibiting function, and is installed in a frying pan 4, a stock can 2 having deodorant and oxidation inhibiting functions for storing an oil 6 to be processed from the frying pan 4, a waste oil regenerating machine 3 for receiving the used oil 6 from the stock can 2 and having a foreign matter removing and electrolyzing functions.</p> |
