PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively, easily design on a surface by incorporating a foaming area formed in a three-layer structure of a foamed layer inside and unfoamed layers on a surface, and an unfoamed area of one-layer structure of the unfoamed layer. SOLUTION: A resin containing a foaming agent is injection molded in a cavity 6 having a uniform thickness width and constituted of a movable mold 21 and a fixed mold 22, started to be cured from a part brought into contact with a mold 20 to form a skin layer. In the mold 20, gas of the agent decomposed at a resin melted part in the cavity 6 is compressed by a mold clamping pressure to be applied to suppress foaming. After a predetermined time is elapsed and a skin layer is formed in a suitable thickness, a partial mold 21A is opened, the clamping pressure is reduced, foaming is expedited at the melded part in the cavity 6, and molded in a three-layer structure of the skin layers on the surfaces and a foamed layer therein. A difference occurs between reflected and transmitted lights emitted to the foamed molding on the surface, the foamed area and the unfoamed area, and a color tone decided according to the resin is obtained. Thus, a design of different color tones can be executed on the surface. |
