HOPPER PART STRUCTURE OF HELICAL FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper part structure of a helical furnace capable of minimization of bending points of helical tubes and easy fabrication. SOLUTION: The hopper part structure comprises forming a furnace wall body including a furnace front wall 6, furnace side walls 7 and a furnace back wall, by providing parallel with helical tubes 3 extending obliquely upward helically at a specified angleθwith a horizontal direction, and connecting spaces between the helical tubes 3 by fins; and forming a hopper part by bending a bottom part of the furnace front wall 6 of the furnace wall body and a bottom part of the furnace back wall of the furnace wall body at a specified hopper angleαwith each vertical plane, wherein the hopper angleαis set to a value two times as large as the helical angleθ.
