PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a healthy food usable by the aged to children and even by a person unable to drink alcohol without anxiety and capable of activating superoxide dismutase(SOD). SOLUTION: This healthy food is prepared by including a fermented extract powder of a cabbage and a young leaf powder of barley or wheat or further water-soluble dietary fibers. The food is capable of remarkably increasing SOD which is an enzyme capable of detoxicating excessive active oxygen or lipid peroxides and manifesting remarkable effects on recovery of health. |
