PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hermetically seal powder under a simple setup and perform a clean and safe extracting operation by providing a fixing means for fixing the tip part of a bag in order to wrap the periphery of a filter fabric unit of a bag filter equipped with a support part and a filter fabric body during replacing the unit. SOLUTION: A support part with a filter fabric body 12 fitted to the tip has as groove part 13 and a filter fabric unit is fitted into the opening of a mounting plate 16. In addition, a leaf spring 14 is provided on the back of the groove part 13 and the groove part 13 is brought into contact under pressure with the end part of the opening to prevent the filter fabric unit from falling. Further, a replacing device 20 is installed on the mounting plate 16 and is constituted of an outer tube 28 for wrapping the filter fabric unit and an inner tube 29 positioned inside the outer tube 28. Besides, a through hole 24 for extracting the filter fabric unit pulled out of the mounting plate 16 is formed inside the inner tube 29, and a storage part 25 for storing a bag 27 folded in the form of bellows, is formed between the outer tube 28 and the inner tube 29. At the same time, a delivery aperture 26 for unloading the bag 27 is formed above the storage part 25.
