PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the hot water filling time while removing the nonconformity of hot water filling, by enabling the air within a pipe to be bled enough without a circulation pump idling, and enabling the water head pressure within a bathtub to be detected accurately. SOLUTION: A circulation pump 7 is arranged in the additional stoking return pipe 6b of an additional stoking circuit 6, and a warmth keeping heater 9 and an electrically operated valve 15 are arranged in the additional stoking forward pipe 6a, and when the water level within a bathtub is not more than a bathtub adaptor 13 from the beginning of hot water filling, and the electrically operated valve 15 is closed. Hereby, in case that there is no hot water pressure as an electric calorifier or the like in the supply source of hot water to an electromotive mixing valve, or in case that the difference in levels of bath pipes is large such that there is a front guard frame type of pipe in the middle of the bath pipe, the nonconformity of hot water filling can be removed without fail, and also the capacity of the circulation pump can be made small, and it can be made in low noise at a low price.
