PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool composed of a single piece of component parts and capable of being installed easily and placed to service. SOLUTION: A pair of plates 10 to pinched an object to be installed B are provided through a hinge part 20, and a locking projection 30 on one of the plates 10 is arranged as capable of being inserted in and locked to a locking hole 40 in the other plate 10 in such an arrangement that the object B is interposed. At least one plate 10 is provided with an engaging member 70 over an opening 60 formed in the plate 10 through a riser part 50 provided protrusively in a single piece structure on the side opposite its side confronting the other plate 10, wherein the engaging member 70 has an engagement part 72 on the side facing the opening 60 and is configured as capable of being removably engaged with engagement part of the object C to be removably inserted between the member 70 and the plate 10.
