PIPE LAYING BY NON-CUT AND COVER METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe laying method by non-cut and cover capable of laying large-diameter pipes with a small number of processes requiring no drive machines having a large output without causing upheaval of ground surface by discharged earth. SOLUTION: In a non-cut and cover pipe laying method in which the pipeline is pulled into a boring hole when pulling back a rotation rod 4 from an arrival vertical shaft to a starting vertical shaft after providing the starting vertical shaft and arrival vertical shaft 2 in a passage laying the pipeline and driving a boring hole by using the rotation rod 4, both a first process for driving a pilot hole by rotating and driving the drill head of a rotation rod 4 and a second process in which the drill head is removed at the side of the arrival vertical shaft 2, a large-diameter reamer 9' and a sheath pipe 11 for piping are connected to the tip of the rod 4 and the sheath pipe 11 is pulled in while pulling back the rod 4 by the drive machine and reaming the pilot hole are provided; and the sediment in the sheath pipe 11 is moved to the rear of the sheath pipe 11 by utilizing a fluid pressure of sediment entering the sheath pipe 11 from the side of reamer 9' in the second process and is discharged by the sheath pipe 11 exposed to the arrival vertical shaft 2.
