PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a rescue facility by installing a large number of medical beds in emergency, providing a large space room of a non-column structure used as an assembly hall and an athletic facility at ordinary time, and housing required rescue equipment in a wall surface of the large space room. SOLUTION: A large number of medical beds 12 are installed in a large space facility 10 in emergency, a large space room 14 of a non-column structure is provided to be used as an assembly hall and an athletic facility at ordinary time, and required rescue equipment 18 is housed in a wall surface 16 of the large space room 14. When a large number of wounded persons are caused by an earthquake disaster and a big accident, a large number of medical beds 12 are installed in the large space room 14, the large space facility 10 is used as medical facility for the wounded persons by carrying in the wounded persons, and the rescue equipment housed in the wall surface 16 of the large space room 14 is pulled out. Thus, while, the wounded persons can be quickly rescued to contribute to first aid lifesaving, the large space room can be effectively used as an assembly hall and an athletic facility at ordinary time when a disaster is not caused.
