PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate production of a floor panel and to enhance a horizontal distortion-resisting force of the floor panel by forming a face bar of the floor panel of a main plate and a reinforcing plate using a steel sheet functioning as a planar brace interposed between the main plate and a frame body. SOLUTION: Longitudinal frame members A1, A2 and transverse frame members B1, B2 are combined with each other to form a rectangular frame 9. A horizontal sash bar A3 formed of steel is arranged in the frame 9, and transverse floor joist B3 is arranged between the frame members A1, A2, and the sash bar A3, to thereby form a frame body 3. Further, a reinforcing plate 7 constituted of a steel sheet which has been subjected to rust preventive treatment is provided, which is then laminated by a main plate 6 constituted of a concrete plate or the like, in one body by means of an adhesive, fixtures, or the like, to thereby form a face bar 4. Then, the face bars 4 are disposed on the frame body 3, and fixed to the same by using fixtures such as tapping screws, whereby a floor panel 2 is formed. Thus, production of the floor panel is facilitated, a horizontal distortion-resisting force is enhanced, and fireproof performance is improved.
