PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel board structure for a partition panel, which facilitates edge settlement of a cloth wound toward the rear side at a corner portion, and achieves engagement with high accuracy when its hooks and engaging claws engage with openings of a frame. SOLUTION: A panel board 2 is formed of a shell body 21 obtained by folding edge plates 23 of a steel surface plate 22 toward the rear side thereof. The panel board 2 has corner tools 24 fitted to four corners on the rear side of the shell body 21. The tools each have a hook 19 or an engaging claw 20 protruding therefrom, and are made of a synthetic resin, or by die-casting of aluminum or zinc are fitted. Hems 25A of a cloth 25 stretched over the shell body surface are wound toward the rear side, and squeezed into space portions 26 formed in corner portions between the corner tools and edge plate corner portions, respectively.
